This week there was a request for Chinese and it was decided in the weekend to make it more challenging and choose a region in China.
So the theme this week is Szechuan, Szechwan, or Sichuan depending on where you look.

Because of the late notice this week the theme is pizza - brought or bought; or email me to order a base to decorate (I will be making a large ball of dough).

This week is the 10th Birthday of Tuesday Night Dinners.
